Duck the GWR Pannier Tank Engine
Product Overview
Duck is a small green tank engine who works on the Great Western Railways and whose real name is Montague. Duck earned his nickname because of his supposed waddle though Duck is not sure how he can do that on the tracks! Duck is a hard working, loyal and wise engine with strong work ethics. He likes to do things the ''Great Western Way'' and is painted in GWR livery with the number 8 inscribed on his coat. He takes no nonsense from anyone. His efficiency was rewarded in the form of his own branch line (The Little Western) which he runs with the help of Donald, Douglas, Oliver and his two coaches, Alice and Mirabel. Duck is very fond the other little green engine Percy helping him with his shunting duties. This wooden pannier toy train is part of the first released Thomas Wooden Railway collection of 1995 and a most loyal possession indeed!
