Bertie

Bertie is a bold, red railway bus who believes that buses are the fastest means of transportation and often teases Thomas the tank engine on being slow. Bertie is styled on the lines of buses used in London and is eye catching in his bright red color and wide grin. He once raced Thomas but could not beat him having to stop at the traffic light. He raced Thomas again in the seventh season beating him only because this time Thomas was sidetracked. This single-decker, front- entrance bus works near Thomas' branch line and is one of Thomas' closest friends off tracks. Introduce him to the train toys in your child's collection of Thomas and friends and watch his infectious smile and glee spread !
